How WolfAI Works

Clients subscribe. Projects enter your organization queue. ZenzaDae Staff claims work, ships fast, and keeps a premium timeline that never goes silent.

1. Subscribe
Choose a tier that matches your velocity. Only the Starter tier includes the 7-day trial (if eligible).
2. Onboard
Submit the details once. WolfAI turns your request into a structured plan with connections and checklists.
3. Deliver
Staff posts progress updates, previews, and artifacts. If blocked, we post exact actions to unblock instantly.

Universal Primitives

WolfAI supports "anything" because it's modeled as:

  • Connections: providers and access methods (OAuth, invite, token, manual steps), plus official docs.
  • Artifacts: preview URLs, PRs, screenshots, checklists, deliverables.
  • Blockers: structured pause/unpause with exact client actions and proof requirements.
  • Timeline: every meaningful change is a timestamped event.

Progress Update Covenant (PUC)

The rule is non-negotiable: if work happened, an update must exist. If work cannot continue, a blocker must exist.

Public guarantee
You receive an update whenever we make progress, request something, hit a blocker, post a preview, or deliver.
Staff is hard-blocked from claiming new work if any assigned project is overdue on required updates.

SLA Timing (By Tier)

Pickup is time to "Picked Up" plus a required pickup update. Update cadence is the minimum staff update frequency while work is in progress.
